In short
I started with software for military naval simulators and navigation systems — basically, I taught computers not to lose ships in the middle of the ocean. Then came game engines: by day I squeeze extra frames out of them, by night I remind the profiler who's boss, and porting to yet another platform became my personal extreme sport. On the side I do open-source — the best way to ruin a weekend with one short git push.
